Water Damage/Moisture Inspections
Our objective with this inspection is to identify areas where water penetration is occurring or could potentially occur in the future. Our inspectors do a thorough inspection of the roof and all flashing details including the attic space to look at the roof decking material for deficiencies. All the interior walls, ceilings, and floors will be scanned with a thermal imaging camera to locate high moisture areas, then tested with a moisture meter to determine the moisture level. Our inspectors will advise on preventative measures and repair methods if needed to resolve these issues.
