Sprinkler System Inspections

Sprinkler systems are inspected by operating the system manually on all zones. The system is checked for presence of a rain sensor, back-flow device, and shut-off valve. All zones operated in manual mode - the timers are not checked for automatic operation.

The sprinkler system inspection will test all zones for proper zone coverage and function for the yard to make sure there are no broken sprinkler heads, leaking pipes, and to make sure the system overall is operating as intended.
